About Us

Kali Elite Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Founded on September 29, 2021, by Jeffery LeGree, also known as Coach Kali, our organization is deeply committed to uplifting underprivileged students and athletes across the United States. With over 15 years of industry experience, Jeffery holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management from Shaw University and two master’s degrees: one in Supply Chain Management from American Military University and another in Recreation Sports Science from Ohio University. Alongside leading Kali Elite Inc., Jeffery serves as a Senior Acquisition Analyst for the U.S. Army.

In November 2024, Kali Elite Inc. merged with the Fredericksburg Area Basketball Organization (FABO), an esteemed local nonprofit founded by Coach Rick Wright and Coach Nathaniel Jackson. This merger brought together two dynamic organizations with shared values and a unified mission to serve and empower youth in the community. The integration of FABO's basketball-focused programming with Kali Elite's holistic approach enhances our ability to provide comprehensive development opportunities for young athletes, blending sports with life skills and mentorship.
