About Us

Kali Elite Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquarters in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Founded on September 29, 2021, by Jeffery LeGree also known as Coach Kali. Our mission is to uplift, empower, and inspire underrepresented students and student-athletes across the United States.

 

With over 15 years of experience in youth development and program leadership, Jeffery brings a deep understanding of both academic and athletic systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management from Shaw University, and dual master’s degrees in supply chain management (American Military University) and Recreation and Sports Science (Ohio University). In addition to leading Kali Elite Inc., Jeffery also serves as a Senior Acquisition Analyst for the U.S. Army, bringing strategic leadership and discipline to every initiative.

 

A Powerful Merger to Serve More Youth

In November 2024, Kali Elite Inc. merged with the Fredericksburg Area Basketball Organization (FABO), a well-respected local nonprofit founded by Coach Rick Wright and Coach Nathaniel Jackson. This partnership unified two mission-driven organizations and expanded our reach. By combining FABO’s basketball-centered programming with Kali Elite’s holistic support model, we now provide even more robust development opportunities for youth blending sports with education, mentorship, and life skills.
